QuickDSC provides independent assistance with Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) applications, KYC guidance, USB token setup and portal registration. Certificates are issued by a Certifying Authority (CA) licensed by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), not by QuickDSC.
You agree to provide accurate details and valid KYC documents. Any certificate issued on false or incomplete information may be rejected or revoked by the CA, and no assistance fee will be refundable in such cases.
Same-day application assistance is available, but certificate issuance depends on successful video/KYC verification and approval by the Certifying Authority, whose timelines we do not control.
Assistance fees are indicative and confirmed in writing before you proceed. Government/CA charges, applicable taxes (GST) and USB token courier are billed at actuals.
QuickDSC is not liable for delays, rejections or actions by the CA or third-party portals, or for misuse of a token/certificate after delivery. Our liability is limited to the assistance fee paid to us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
For help or complaints, contact us first — most issues are resolved same day.
