The digital certificate is issued online by the Certifying Authority after successful verification. We assist you with download and installation.
Where a FIPS USB token is included, it is dispatched by courier or made available for pickup after the certificate is ready. Courier charges are billed at actuals.
Tokens are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days of certificate issuance. Courier transit time depends on your location and the courier partner.
Please provide a correct shipping address and reachable mobile number. We share tracking details once dispatched. Re-dispatch due to a wrong/incomplete address may attract additional courier charges.
For help or complaints, contact us first — most issues are resolved same day.
Escalation: if your issue is not resolved within 2 working days, reply "ESCALATE" on WhatsApp or email with your reference and we will prioritise it.
